Welcome to the medical spa era. We now live in an age where the expectations of the consumer that seemed out of reach five years ago are now a reality. By: Celeste Lynne

Getting rid of cellulite is the goal of many women after they first notice those ugly lumps and bumps on their thighs. However, common sense tells us if it's too good to be true, it usually is and cellulite reduction is no exception.
Because cellulite is such a common problem, some women are able to just ignore it and live with it. If you are lucky enough to have such a positive attitude toward this natural accumulation of fat, you are truly blessed. Unfortunately, the appearance of cellulite is a confidence draining event for many women.

Your Best Acne Treatment In The Least Amount Of Time

By: winjen
Acne is not the end of life, just a glitch of sorts. Acne is a trouble that can be a short term problem or it can last a good deal longer. What you do for your acne treatment may shorten its continuance.
A healthy skin regimen should include no harsh scrubbing or over-washing, because this can cause possible skin irritation or possible over production of oil to replace what's washed off, clogging pores in the process. Products with gentle exfoliation ingredients are OK to use; i.e. not scratchy nut or fruit shell pieces that can tear skin. And skip alcohol products when possible; these can take off the top layer of your skin and cause your glands to product more oil, clogging pores in the process.

Selecting the Best Anti Aging Creams or Lotions

By: Loretta Rogers

Aging can be explained by three theories. The first explains that aging is governed by a genetically driven time clock that will run out.
The next widely-accepted theory of aging is the "Free Radical Theory" that says that the body's inability to maintain a supply of free radicals as it ages greatly affects aging itself, and the "Hormonal Theory" that blames menopausal, andropausal, osteoporosis, and cardiovascular diseases for early aging because these conditions are believed to be indirect results of the body's reduction of hormone production.

Anti-Aging Hair Care: The New Frontier

 By: Rene Graeber
Seeing a beautifully maintained smooth young looking skin in front of the mirror would be a great relief to all women in the world who dread almost the same thing, which is getting old.
Beauty or cosmetic companies, in fact, have earned millions of dollars in offering products that help delay the aging process of the beauty conscious women, which remain the most lucrative market of the cosmetic industry. But imagine sporting a youthful skin under a thinning grey hair. It does not only look odd but really far from the coveted young look.

Skin Facts and How to Improve Many Skin Conditions

 By: Ian Reygan
Skin, being the largest organ of the human body, is very important to daily living. It not only covers and protects our insides, but it essentially holds everything together. It can also make sure we maintain the right temperature to survive, and gives us the sense of touch.
The skin is made up of three layers, the epidermis, the dermis and the subcutaneous. The epidermis is on the bodys surface, where new cells form and dead ones fall off. The process of skin cell rejuvenation can take anywhere from two weeks to a month, and the entire layer of the epidermis is in a constant state of flux: newer cells move up through the layers and during that process, the older cells rise to the surface and die.

How to Properly Care For Your Skin.

By: David Maillie

The skin, as we are all taught in high school, is the largest and the most visible tissue in the human body. Of course it is. It covers us entirely from head to toe. It is our protective casing that allows us to move freely and gives us feedback on external textures, climate and other things associated with the sense of touch. The pores in our skin also helps us to release internal wastes through perspiration. These, among other benefits and special characteristics, make our skin one of the most important parts of our body - and therefore one of the first things to take care of.
